Strawberry Banana Cheesecake Salad

Ingredients

  • 2 cups strawberries, hulled and sliced
  • 2 bananas, sliced
  • 1 (8 oz / 225 g) package cream cheese, softened
  • Β½ cup powdered sugar (adjust to taste)
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 cup whipped topping (cool whip or homemade whipped cream)
  • Optional mix-ins: mini chocolate chips, crushed graham crackers, chopped nuts

Instructions

  1. Prepare the fruit
    • Slice strawberries and bananas and place them in a large mixing bowl.
  2. Make the cheesecake cream
    • In a medium bowl, beat softened cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla until smooth.
    • Gently fold in whipped topping until well combined.
  3. Combine
    • Add the fruit to the cream mixture and fold gently to coat all pieces without mashing the fruit.
  4. Chill & serve
