Here’s a delicious recipe for Steak & Shrimp Noodles — a hearty, flavorful stir-fry combining tender beef, succulent shrimp, and savory noodles.

🥩🍤 Steak & Shrimp Noodles

🛒 Ingredients (Serves 2–3)

  • 150 g (5 oz) steak (sirloin, ribeye, or flank), thinly sliced
  • 150 g (5 oz) shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 200 g (7 oz) egg noodles, rice noodles, or your choice of noodles
  • 2 tbsp vegetable oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 small onion, sliced
  • 1 bell pepper, sliced (optional)
  • 2–3 green onions, chopped
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp oyster sauce
  • 1 tsp sesame oil
  • ½ tsp black pepper
  • Optional: chili flakes or sriracha for heat

👩‍🍳 Instructions

1️⃣ Cook the Noodles

  • Boil noodles according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.

2️⃣ Cook Steak & Shrimp

  1. Heat 1 tbsp oil in a large pan or wok over medium-high heat.
  2. Sear steak slices for 1–2 minutes per side until just cooked; remove and set aside.
  3. Add shrimp to the pan and cook 2–3 minutes until pink and opaque; remove and set aside.

3️⃣ Stir-Fry Vegetables

  • Add remaining oil, garlic, onion, and bell pepper to the pan. Stir-fry 2–3 minutes until slightly tender.

4️⃣ Combine & Season

  1. Return steak and shrimp to the pan.
  2. Add cooked noodles, soy sauce, oyster sauce, sesame oil, and black pepper.
  3. Toss everything together for 2–3 minutes until heated through and well coated.
  4. Sprinkle green onions on top.

5️⃣ Serve

  • Serve hot with optional chili flakes or sriracha for spice.

🔥 Tips & Variations

  • Extra flavor: Marinate steak in 1 tsp soy sauce and ½ tsp garlic for 15 minutes before cooking.
  • Vegetable mix: Add snow peas, bok choy, or mushrooms for more texture.
  • Sauce variation: Add 1 tsp hoisin sauce or a splash of fish sauce for an extra umami punch.
  • Quick version: Use pre-cooked shrimp or steak strips to save time.

If you like, I can provide a restaurant-style version with garlic butter shrimp, seared steak, and perfectly coated stir-fried noodles that’s rich, savory, and restaurant-worthy.
