Potatoes

  • 3–4 medium potatoes, diced or cut into wedges

1️⃣ Prepare the Potatoes

2️⃣ Cook the Steak

  1. Pat steaks dry and season with salt, pepper, and optional herbs.
  2. Heat 2 tbsp olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.
  3. Cook steaks 3–5 minutes per side for medium-rare (adjust time for desired doneness).
