🌭 Slow Cooker Sausage Dip
A warm, cheesy, and savory dip — perfect for parties, game days, or casual snacking.
🛒 Ingredients (Serves 6–8)
- 1 lb (450 g) ground sausage (mild or spicy)
- 1 (8 oz) package cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- ½ cup diced green chilies (optional)
- ¼ cup milk (adjust for desired consistency)
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- Optional: chopped jalapeños or hot sauce for extra heat
- Tortilla chips, crackers, or sliced bread for serving
🔥 Instructions
1️⃣ Cook the sausage
- In a skillet, cook sausage over medium heat until browned and fully cooked. Drain excess fat.
2️⃣ Combine ingredients in crockpot
- Add cooked sausage, cream cheese, shredded cheddar, green chilies, milk, and garlic powder to the slow cooker.
- Stir to combine.
3️⃣ Heat and melt
- Cover and cook on LOW for 1–2 hours, stirring occasionally until cheese is melted and the dip is creamy.
4️⃣ Serve
