Slow cooker ravioli lasagna

Posted on February 1, 2026 by Admin

Yes 🙌 this one is a crowd-pleaser and ridiculously easy.

Slow Cooker Ravioli Lasagna

Ingredients (Serves 6–8)

  • 1 lb ground beef or Italian sausage
  • 1 jar (24–26 oz) marinara or pasta sauce
  • 1 package (25 oz) frozen cheese ravioli (do not thaw)
  • 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • ½ tsp garlic powder
  • Salt & black pepper, to taste
  • 1 cup ricotta cheese or cottage cheese (optional, but very lasagna-like)

Instructions

  1. Brown the meat
    • In a skillet over medium heat, cook ground beef or sausage until browned.
    • Season with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and Italian seasoning.
    • Drain excess fat.
  2. Layer in the slow cooker
    • Spread a thin layer of sauce on the bottom of the crockpot.
    • Add a layer of frozen ravioli.
    • Spoon some cooked meat over ravioli.
    • Add dollops of ricotta (if using).
    • Sprinkle mozzarella and Parmesan.
    • Repeat layers until ingredients are used, ending with sauce and cheese.
  3. Cook
    • Cover and cook on LOW for 4–5 hours or HIGH for 2–3 hours, until ravioli is tender and cheese is melted.
  4. Rest & serve
    • Let it sit uncovered for 10 minutes before serving so it sets up nicely.

Easy Variations

  • Meatless: skip the meat, add spinach or mushrooms.
  • Extra cheesy: add a layer of provolone or extra ricotta.
  • Spicy: use hot Italian sausage and add red pepper flakes.

Tips

  • Spray the slow cooker with non-stick spray for easier cleanup.
  • Don’t overcook—ravioli can get mushy if left too long.
  • Serve with garlic bread and a simple salad 👌

If you want, I can also give you a dump-and-go version (no browning) or a chicken Alfredo ravioli crockpot version 😏
