🥔 Slow Cooker Potatoes (Garlic Herb Style)

Ingredients (serves 4–6)

  • 1.5–2 kg (3–4 lbs) potatoes (baby potatoes or chopped large ones)
  • 3 tbsp olive oil or melted butter
  • 3–4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tsp dried herbs (thyme, rosemary, or Italian seasoning)
  • Optional: 1/2 tsp paprika or chili flakes
  • Fresh parsley, for garnish

Instructions

1. Prep potatoes

  • Wash and cut potatoes into bite-sized pieces (or leave baby potatoes whole).

2. Season

  • In a bowl, toss potatoes with oil/butter, garlic, salt, pepper, and herbs.

3. Slow cook

  • Transfer to slow cooker.
  • Cook on:
    • Low: 6–7 hours
    • High: 3–4 hours
  • Stir once or twice if possible.

4. Finish

  • Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.

🧀 Cheesy Slow Cooker Potatoes (Optional Upgrade)

  • Add 1 cup shredded cheddar in the last 20–30 minutes
  • Mix gently until melted and creamy
