Slow cooker meatballs and potatoes

Here’s an easy and hearty Slow Cooker Meatballs and Potatoes recipe. 🍲πŸ₯”


Ingredients

  • 1 lb frozen or homemade meatballs
  • 4–5 medium potatoes, diced
  • 1 small onion, chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup beef broth
  • 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tsp salt
  • Β½ tsp black pepper
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • 1 cup baby carrots (optional)
  • Β½ cup sour cream or cream cheese (optional for creamy sauce)

Instructions

  1. Add to slow cooker
    • Place potatoes, onion, garlic, and carrots in the slow cooker.
    • Add meatballs on top.
  2. Mix the sauce
    • In a bowl, mix beef broth, Worcestershire sauce, salt, pepper, paprika, and Italian seasoning.
  3. Pour over ingredients
    • Pour the mixture into the slow cooker and gently stir.
  4. Cook
    • Low: 6–7 hours
    • High: 3–4 hours
    • Cook until potatoes are tender.
  5. Optional creamy finish
    • Stir in sour cream or cream cheese during the last 15 minutes.
