Boneless chicken breasts or thighs cooked low and slow in a sauce typically made from:

  • Cream or cream cheese
  • Chicken broth
  • Grated Parmesan cheese
  • Italian seasoning

Ingredients

  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts (or thighs)
  • 1 cup heavy cream (or half & half)
  • Β½ cup chicken broth
  • 1 cup freshly grated Parmesan
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced

  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • Salt & black pepper to taste

Instructions
