Slow Cooker Cube Steak 🥩⏳
Tender, flavorful, and melt-in-your-mouth—this is comfort food at its easiest.


🧾 Ingredients

  • 4 cube steaks (about 1 lb / 450 g total)
  • 1 can condensed cream of mushroom soup (10.5 oz / ~300 g)
  • 1 onion, thinly sliced
  • 1 cup beef broth
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 tbsp flour (optional, for thickening)

👩‍🍳 Instructions

1️⃣ Season the steaks

  • Sprinkle cube steaks with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and paprika.

2️⃣ Layer in slow cooker

  • Place sliced onions at the bottom.
  • Lay the steaks over the onions.

3️⃣ Add sauce

  • Pour cream of mushroom soup and beef broth over the steaks.

4️⃣ Cook

  • Cover and cook on low for 6–8 hours or high for 3–4 hours until tender.

5️⃣ Optional gravy

  • Remove steaks and stir sauce.
  • Mix 2 tbsp flour with a little water, stir into sauce, and cook on high for 10–15 minutes to thicken.

🍽️ Serving Suggestions

  • Serve over mashed potatoes, rice, or egg noodles.
  • Add steamed vegetables on the side for a complete meal.
