🧾 Ingredients
- 1 lb (450 g) ground beef or turkey
- 1 small onion, finely chopped
- 1 small green bell pepper, finely chopped (optional)
- 1 cup ketchup
- 2 tbsp tomato paste
- 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tbsp brown sugar
- 1 tsp mustard
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 12 slider buns or small dinner rolls
- Optional: pickles, cheese slices, or coleslaw for topping

1️⃣ Cook the meat
- In a skillet over medium heat, cook ground meat until browned.
- Drain excess fat.
