🛒 Ingredients (Serves 2)

  • 4 large eggs
  • 2 tbsp milk or cream (optional, for creamier eggs)
  • Salt & pepper to taste
  • 1 tbsp butter or oil
  • Optional: chopped herbs (chives, parsley), shredded cheese, or diced vegetables

1️⃣ Beat Eggs

  • In a bowl, whisk eggs, milk (if using), salt, and pepper until well combined and slightly frothy.

2️⃣ Heat Pan

  • Heat butter or oil in a non-stick skillet over medium-low heat.

3️⃣ Cook Eggs

  1. Pour eggs into the pan.
  2. Let them sit for a few seconds until edges begin to set.
  3. Using a spatula, gently push the eggs from edges toward the center.
