1. Oven-Baked Lemon Garlic Salmon

Best for: Hands-off, juicy results

Ingredients

  • Salmon fillets
  • Olive oil or melted butter
  • Garlic, minced
  • Lemon slices
  • Salt & pepper
  • Optional: fresh dill or parsley

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Place salmon on a lined baking sheet. Drizzle with oil, sprinkle with garlic, salt, and pepper.
  3. Top with lemon slices.
  4. Bake 12–15 minutes, until flaky.

2. Pan-Seared Crispy Salmon

Best for: Crispy skin & quick cooking

Ingredients

  • Skin-on salmon fillets
  • Salt & pepper
  • Olive oil or butter

Instructions

  1. Pat salmon dry; season well.
  2. Heat oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.
  3. Place salmon skin-side down and cook 5–6 minutes without moving.
  4. Flip and cook 1–2 minutes more.

3. Honey Garlic Salmon

Best for: Sweet-savory flavor

Ingredients

  • Salmon fillets
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice

Instructions

  1. Sear salmon in a pan until nearly cooked.
  2. Add honey, soy sauce, garlic, and lemon juice.
  3. Simmer and spoon sauce over salmon for 1–2 minutes.

How to Tell It’s Done

  • Internal temp: 125–130°F (52–54°C) for medium
  • Flesh flakes easily with a fork
  • Center is slightly translucent (will finish cooking off heat)
