Instructions

  1. Preheat oven

    • Mix butter, olive oil, garlic, rosemary, and salt.
  3. Prepare bread
    • Slice bread lengthwise.
    • Spread garlic rosemary butter generously on both halves.
  4. Bake
    • Place cut-side up on baking sheet.
    • Bake 10–12 minutes until hot and lightly golden.
  5. Optional cheese
    • Sprinkle cheese on top and bake 3–5 more minutes.
