🥔 Crispy Roasted Potatoes

Roasted potatoes are a simple yet delicious side dish with golden, crispy edges and tender, fluffy centers. They pair perfectly with meats, chicken, fish, or as part of a hearty vegetarian meal.


🥄 Ingredients (Serves 4)

  • 2 lbs potatoes (Yukon Gold, red, or russet), peeled or unpeeled, cut into 1–2 inch chunks
  • 3 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp salt
  • ½ tsp black pepper
  • 1 tsp garlic powder or 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp dried rosemary, thyme, or Italian seasoning (optional)
  • Optional: paprika or chili powder for extra flavor

1️⃣ Preheat oven: 425°F (220°C).

2️⃣ Prep potatoes: Pat potato chunks dry to help them crisp up.

3️⃣ Season: Toss potatoes with olive oil, salt, pepper, garlic, and herbs. Make sure they are evenly coated.

4️⃣ Roast: Spread potatoes in a single layer on a baking sheet. Roast 35–45 minutes, flipping halfway through, until golden brown and crispy.

5️⃣ Serve: Garnish with fresh parsley or grated Parmesan if desired. Serve hot.
