🥦🔥 Roasted Cauliflower Florets

Simple, healthy, and full of flavor, roasted cauliflower florets are a perfect side dish or snack. Roasting brings out a nutty sweetness and a lightly crispy texture.

🧾 Ingredients

  • 1 medium cauliflower head, cut into florets
  • 2–3 tbsp olive oil
  • ½ tsp salt
  • ¼ tsp black pepper
  • ½ tsp garlic powder (optional)
  • ¼ tsp paprika or smoked paprika (optional)
  • Optional: 2 tbsp grated Parmesan cheese
  • Optional: fresh herbs (parsley, thyme, or rosemary)

👩‍🍳 Instructions

1. Preheat Oven

  • Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C).
  • Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

2. Prepare Cauliflower

  1. Wash and cut cauliflower into even-sized florets.
  2. Toss florets with olive oil, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and paprika until evenly coated.

3. Roast

  • Spread florets in a single layer on the baking sheet.
  • Roast for 25–30 minutes, turning halfway, until golden brown and tender.

4. Finish & Serve

  • Optional: sprinkle grated Parmesan or fresh herbs over roasted florets.
  • Serve as a side dish or add to salads, grain bowls, or pasta.

⭐ Pro Tips:

  • For extra crispiness, avoid overcrowding the pan.
  • Add a squeeze of lemon juice just before serving for brightness.
  • For a bold twist, toss with hot sauce or curry powder before roasting.

I can also provide a restaurant-style roasted cauliflower recipe with garlic butter and crispy edges that tastes like it came out of a gourmet kitchen.
