- 1 lb (450 g) roast beef, thinly sliced
- 12 slider buns
- 6 slices cheddar or provolone cheese, halved
- 3 tbsp butter, melted
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- ½ tsp onion powder
- Optional: horseradish sauce, mustard, or pickles
