Juicy Roast Beef Sliders 🥪🍖
Mini sandwiches packed with tender roast beef, perfect for parties, game day, or a quick meal.


🧾 Ingredients (makes ~12 sliders)

  • 1 lb (450 g) roast beef, thinly sliced
  • 12 slider buns
  • 6 slices cheddar or provolone cheese, halved
  • 3 tbsp butter, melted
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • ½ tsp onion powder
  • Optional: horseradish sauce, mustard, or pickles

👩‍🍳 Instructions

1️⃣ Preheat oven

  • Set oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • Line a baking dish with parchment paper or foil.

2️⃣ Assemble sliders

  • Slice buns in half horizontally.
  • Layer roast beef and cheese on the bottom halves.
  • Add any optional toppings like pickles or a thin spread of horseradish.
  • Place the top buns on.

3️⃣ Add buttery topping

  • Mix melted butter with garlic and onion powder.
  • Brush over the tops of the buns.

4️⃣ Bake

  • Cover with foil and bake 10–12 minutes until cheese melts.
  • Optional: remove foil and bake another 2–3 minutes for golden tops.

🍽️ Serving Suggestions

  • Serve with au jus or beef gravy for dipping.
  • Pair with potato chips, coleslaw, or pickles.
  • Perfect for buffet tables or casual gatherings.
