  • ½ avocado, sliced

  • ¼ cup cooked quinoa or oatmeal (optional, for extra fuel)
  • Optional toppings: feta or goat cheese, pumpkin seeds, chia seeds, drizzle of honey or hot sauce

Instructions

  1. Scramble the eggs:
    • Whisk eggs with a pinch of salt and pepper.
    • Heat butter or oil in a nonstick pan over medium–low heat.
    • Cook gently, stirring, until soft and fluffy. Remove from heat.
  2. Build the bowl:
    • Add quinoa or oats (if using) to the bowl.
    • Top with scrambled eggs, avocado slices, and berries.
  3. Finish:
    • Sprinkle with seeds or cheese.
