🥔🧅 Fried Potatoes and Onions (Simple & Delicious)
This is a quick skillet dish where potatoes and onions are fried until crispy and golden. It works great as a side dish or even a simple meal with eggs.
🧾 Ingredients
- 3–4 medium potatoes
- 1 large onion
- 3 tbsp oil or butter
- ½ tsp salt (or to taste)
- ½ tsp black pepper
- ½ tsp paprika or red chili flakes (optional)
- 1 clove garlic (optional, minced)
- Fresh parsley or coriander (optional)
👨🍳 Instructions
1️⃣ Prepare the potatoes
- Peel potatoes (optional).
- Slice into thin rounds or small cubes.
2️⃣ Slice the onions

3️⃣ Cook the potatoes
