Here’s a simple and delicious pork chop recipe you can make quickly in a skillet. 🍖


🍳 Pan-Fried Pork Chops

Ingredients

  • 4 pork chops (bone-in or boneless)
  • 2 tbsp olive oil or butter
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp salt
  • ½ tsp black pepper
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • ½ tsp dried thyme or Italian seasoning

Instructions

  1. Season the pork chops
    • Pat pork chops dry.
    • Rub with salt, pepper, paprika, and thyme.
  2. Heat the skillet
    • Heat olive oil or butter in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
  3. Cook pork chops
    • Add pork chops and cook 4–5 minutes per side until golden brown.
  4. Add garlic
    • Add minced garlic during the last minute and spoon the oil over the chops.
  5. Check doneness
    • Internal temperature should reach 145°F (63°C).
  6. Rest and serve
    • Let the pork chops rest 5 minutes before serving.
