🥩 Pork Chops (Juicy & Easy)

Tender pork chops cooked with simple seasoning — perfect for a quick dinner.


🛒 Ingredients (Serves 4)

  • 4 pork chops (bone-in or boneless)
  • 2 tbsp olive oil or butter
  • 1 tsp salt
  • ½ tsp black pepper
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1 tsp dried thyme or Italian seasoning
  • Optional: 2 cloves garlic, minced

🔥 Instructions (Skillet Method)

1️⃣ Season the pork chops

  • Pat chops dry with paper towels.
  • Rub both sides with salt, pepper, garlic powder, paprika, and herbs.

2️⃣ Heat pan

  • Heat olive oil or butter in a skillet over medium-high heat.

3️⃣ Cook pork chops

  • Add pork chops to the pan.
  • Cook 4–5 minutes per side until golden brown.

4️⃣ Check doneness

  • Internal temperature should reach 145°F (63°C).

5️⃣ Rest

  • Let pork chops rest 5 minutes before serving so juices stay inside.

🌿 Optional Pan Sauce

After removing pork chops:

  • Add ½ cup chicken broth
  • Add 1 tbsp butter
  • Simmer 2–3 minutes and pour over pork chops.
