🛒 Ingredients (Serves 4–6)
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 small onion, diced
- 2 cups uncooked egg noodles (or macaroni)
- 1 can (10.5 oz) cream of mushroom soup
- 1 cup milk
- 1 can (14–15 oz) diced tomatoes, drained (optional)
- 1½ cups shredded cheddar cheese
- Salt & black pepper
- Optional: 1 tsp garlic powder or Italian seasoning
🔥 Instructions
1️⃣ Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
2️⃣ Cook pasta
Boil noodles until just al dente. Drain and set aside.
3️⃣ Brown beef
In a skillet, cook ground beef and onion until beef is browned. Drain excess grease. Season with salt, pepper, and optional spices.
4️⃣ Mix filling
In a bowl, combine cooked beef, pasta, soup, milk, and tomatoes (if using). Stir well.
5️⃣ Assemble
Pour mixture into a greased 9×13 baking dish.
Top with shredded cheese.
6️⃣ Bake
Bake 20–25 minutes until bubbly and cheese is melted and golden.
