Here’s a simple and fluffy Pancake recipe—perfect for breakfast. 🥞🍯


Ingredients

  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 tbsp sugar
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • ¼ tsp salt
  • 1 egg
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 tbsp melted butter or oil
  • ½ tsp vanilla extract (optional)

Instructions

1. Mix Dry Ingredients

  • In a bowl, combine flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt.

2. Mix Wet Ingredients

  • In another bowl, whisk egg, milk, melted butter, and vanilla.

3. Make the Batter

  • Pour wet ingredients into dry ingredients.
  • Stir gently until combined (a few lumps are okay).

4. Cook the Pancakes

  • Heat a non-stick pan over medium heat and lightly grease it.
  • Pour about ¼ cup batter onto the pan for each pancake.
