Orange Fluff with Greek Yogurt

Posted on April 8, 2026 by Admin

Here’s a lighter, tangy version of the classic Orange Fluff using Greek yogurt. It’s creamy, refreshing, and perfect as a dessert or snack!

Ingredients (6–8 servings)

  • 1 (3.4 oz) box instant vanilla pudding mix
  • 1 cup cold milk
  • 1 cup Greek yogurt (plain or vanilla)
  • 1 (11 oz) can mandarin oranges, drained
  • 1 1/2 cups mini marshmallows
  • 1 cup crushed pineapple, drained
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract (optional)
  • Optional garnish: extra mandarin slices or a sprinkle of chopped nuts

Instructions

  1. Prepare Pudding:
In a medium bowl, whisk together the instant pudding mix and cold milk until smooth. Let it set for 5 minutes.
  2. Combine Ingredients:
In a large mixing bowl, fold together the Greek yogurt, drained mandarin oranges, crushed pineapple, mini marshmallows, and vanilla extract.
  3. Add Pudding:
Gently fold in the prepared pudding until well combined. The mixture should be creamy and fluffy.
  4. Chill:
Cover and refrigerate for at least 1–2 hours to allow the flavors to meld and the marshmallows to soften slightly.
  5. Serve:
Spoon into bowls or a serving dish and garnish with extra mandarin slices or chopped nuts if desired.

✅ Tips:

  • For a lighter version, use low-fat Greek yogurt.
  • For extra fluff, fold in 1/2 cup whipped cream or whipped topping.
  • Can be made a day ahead—flavors actually improve after chilling overnight.

If you like, I can also give a tangy version using orange zest and juice for a fresher, more “citrusy” flavor that really pops. Do you want me to do that?
