Ingredients

  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 2 tsp baking powder
  • ½ tsp salt
  • 2 eggs
  • ½ cup milk
  • ⅓ cup olive oil or melted butter

  • ½ cup cooked bacon (chopped)
  • ½ cup olives (sliced, green or black)

Instructions

1. Prepare the oven

  • Preheat oven to 180°C (350°F).
  • Grease a loaf pan.

2. Mix dry ingredients

  • In a bowl combine flour, baking powder, salt, and black pepper.

3. Mix wet ingredients

  • In another bowl whisk eggs, milk, and olive oil.

4. Combine

  • Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients.
  • Stir until just combined.

5. Add fillings

  • Fold in cheese, bacon, olives, and parsley.

6. Bake

  • Pour the batter into the loaf pan.
  • Bake for 40–45 minutes until golden and a toothpick comes out clean.

7. Cool & serve

  • Let cool for 10–15 minutes, then slice.
