🥣 Oat Crisps (Crunchy Oat Crackers)

🧾 Ingredients
- 1 cup rolled oats
- ½ cup oat flour (or blend oats to make flour)
- 2 tbsp olive oil or melted butter
- ¼ tsp salt
- ¼ tsp black pepper
- ½ tsp garlic powder (optional)
- ¼–⅓ cup water
- Optional: sesame seeds, flax seeds, or herbs
👩🍳 Instructions
1. Preheat oven
Preheat oven to 180°C / 350°F. Line a baking tray with parchment paper.
2. Mix dry ingredients
In a bowl combine rolled oats, oat flour, salt, pepper, and any optional seeds or herbs.
3. Add liquids
Stir in olive oil and water until a slightly sticky dough forms.
4. Roll thin
Place dough between two sheets of parchment paper and roll very thin (about cracker thickness).
5. Cut or score
Remove the top parchment and cut into squares or rectangles with a knife or pizza cutter.
6. Bake
Bake for 15–20 minutes until golden and crisp.
7. Cool
Let cool completely—they will crisp up more as they cool.
