1. Prepare the filling

2. Prepare the beef

  • Lay out beef slices and pound them thin if needed
  • Season both sides lightly

3. Fill & roll

  • Place a spoonful of mushroom mixture on each slice
  • Roll tightly and secure with toothpicks or string

4. Sear

5. Simmer
