4️⃣ Mix glaze ingredients and spread over top.
5️⃣ Bake 50–60 minutes, until internal temp reaches 160°F (71°C).
6️⃣ Rest 10 minutes before slicing.
🥔 Creamy Mashed Potatoes
Ingredients
- 2 lbs potatoes (Yukon Gold or russet), peeled & cubed
- 4 tbsp butter
- ½–¾ cup warm milk or cream
- Salt & pepper
Instructions
1️⃣ Boil potatoes in salted water 15–20 minutes until fork-tender.
2️⃣ Drain and mash.
3️⃣ Stir in butter and warm milk gradually.
4️⃣ Season and whip until smooth.
🍲 Simple Brown Gravy
Ingredients
- 2 tbsp butter
- 2 tbsp flour
- 2 cups beef broth
- Salt & pepper
Instructions
1️⃣ Melt butter in a saucepan.
2️⃣ Whisk in flour and cook 1–2 minutes.
3️⃣ Slowly whisk in broth until smooth.
4️⃣ Simmer 3–5 minutes until thickened.
5️⃣ Season to taste.
🌽 Buttery Corn
- 2 cups corn (fresh, frozen, or canned & drained)
- 1 tbsp butter
- Salt & pepper
Heat corn with butter in a saucepan 3–5 minutes. Season and serve warm.
