Meat Lovers Pizza 🍕🔥
Big, bold, no-nonsense pizza stacked with ALL the meats.

Here’s a classic pizzeria-style Meat Lovers Pizza you can make at home.

🍕 Meat Lovers Pizza

Makes: 1 large pizza (8 slices)

Ingredients

Dough

  • 1 lb pizza dough (store-bought or homemade)

Sauce

  • ½ cup pizza or marinara sauce

Cheese

  • 2 cups shredded mozzarella
  • Optional: ¼ cup shredded provolone or parmesan

Meats

  • ½ cup cooked Italian sausage (crumbled)
  • ½ cup cooked bacon (chopped)
  • ½ cup pepperoni slices
  • ¼ cup ham or Canadian bacon
  • Optional extras: ground beef, salami, chorizo

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven
    • 475–500°F (as hot as your oven allows).
    • If using a pizza stone, preheat it too.
  2. Prep dough
    • Roll or stretch dough into a 12–14 inch circle.
    • Transfer to pizza pan or parchment.
  3. Assemble
    • Spread sauce evenly (not too much).
    • Sprinkle half the cheese.
    • Add all meats evenly.
    • Top with remaining cheese.
  4. Bake
    • Bake 12–15 minutes until crust is golden and cheese is bubbly.
  5. Finish
    • Rest 2 minutes, slice, devour.

🔥 Pro Tips

  • Pre-cook meats to avoid greasy pizza
  • Light sauce + heavy cheese = best balance
  • Add red pepper flakes or hot honey for a kick
  • Sprinkle parmesan right after baking

🧠 Variations

  • BBQ Meat Lovers: BBQ sauce + smoked sausage + chicken
  • Deep dish: Extra cheese under the meats
  • Cast-iron pizza: Crispy edges, pan-style perfection
