2. Cook the tomatoes

  • In a saucepan heat tomatoes with butter.
  • Add salt, pepper, and sugar.

3. Combine

  • Add cooked macaroni to the tomato mixture.
  • Simmer 5 minutes so the flavors blend.

4. Optional

  • Stir in cheddar cheese or onions for extra flavor.
