Low-carb 3-ingredient salmon patties

Posted on March 24, 2026 by Admin

Here’s a super simple Low-Carb 3-Ingredient Salmon Patties recipe—fast, healthy, and perfect for a quick meal.

Low-Carb 3-Ingredient Salmon Patties

Ingredients (4 patties)

  • 1 can (14–15 oz / 400 g) salmon, drained and flaked
  • 2 eggs
  • ¼ cup almond flour (or coconut flour for variation)
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Optional: 1–2 tbsp chopped onion or fresh herbs for extra flavor

Instructions

  1. Mix the ingredients
In a bowl, combine flaked salmon, eggs, almond flour, salt, and pepper. Mix until it holds together. Add onion or herbs if using.
  2. Form the patties
Shape the mixture into 4 equal-sized patties.
  3. Cook the patties
    • Heat 1–2 tbsp oil in a skillet over medium heat.
    • Cook patties 3–4 minutes per side, until golden brown and cooked through.
  4. Serve
Serve hot with a side salad, low-carb veggies, or a dollop of mayonnaise or tartar sauce.

💡 Tips:

  • You can freeze uncooked patties for later use.
  • For extra crispiness, coat patties lightly in almond flour before frying.
  • This recipe works with fresh salmon, too—just cook and flake it first.

If you want, I can also give a baked version that uses the same 3 ingredients but is hands-off and even lower in fat.

Do you want me to give that baked version?
