Here’s a super simple, low-carb 3-ingredient salmon patties recipe—quick, filling, and keto-friendly:


🐟 Ingredients

  • 1 can (about 14–15 oz) salmon, drained
  • 1 large egg
  • ½ cup crushed pork rinds (or almond flour if you prefer)

🍳 Instructions

  1. Prep the salmon
    Drain well and remove any large bones/skin if desired (they’re edible, though).
  2. Mix
    In a bowl, combine salmon, egg, and crushed pork rinds (or almond flour). Mix until it holds together.
  3. Form patties
    Shape into 4–6 small patties.
  4. Cook
    Heat a little oil in a pan over medium heat. Cook patties for about 3–4 minutes per side until golden and crispy.

✅ Tips (optional, if you want to level it up)

  • Add salt/pepper or garlic powder for more flavor (still low-carb)
  • Serve with a squeeze of lemon or a simple yogurt/aioli dip
  • If mixture feels too wet, add a bit more pork rinds/almond flour
