Posted on April 5, 2026 by Admin

Here’s a rich and irresistible Lotus Biscoff dessert—creamy, caramelized, and super easy to make (no baking required!).

🍯 Lotus Biscoff Dessert (No-Bake)

Ingredients (serves 6–8)

  • 200 g Lotus Biscoff biscuits
  • 100 g melted butter
  • 1 cup heavy cream (chilled)
  • 1/2 cup cream cheese (softened)
  • 1/2 cup Lotus Biscoff Spread
  • 1/4 cup powdered sugar (adjust to taste)
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

Topping:

  • 1/4 cup melted Biscoff spread
  • Crushed Biscoff biscuits

Instructions

1. Make the base

  • Crush Biscoff biscuits into fine crumbs.
  • Mix with melted butter until it resembles wet sand.
  • Press firmly into a serving dish or pan.
  • Chill in the fridge for 20–30 minutes.

2. Prepare the filling

  • Whip the cream until soft peaks form.
  • In another bowl, beat cream cheese, Biscoff spread, powdered sugar, and vanilla until smooth.
  • Gently fold in the whipped cream.

3. Assemble

  • Spread the creamy mixture over the chilled base.
  • Smooth the top evenly.

4. Add topping

  • Drizzle melted Biscoff spread on top.
  • Sprinkle crushed biscuits.

5. Chill

  • Refrigerate for at least 4 hours (or overnight for best texture).

🍰 Serve

  • Slice and serve chilled for a creamy, melt-in-your-mouth dessert.

🔥 Variations

  • Biscoff mousse cups: Skip the base and layer cream + crushed biscuits in glasses
  • Chocolate twist: Add a layer of melted chocolate between base and filling
  • Frozen version: Freeze for an ice-cream–like texture

✅ Tips

  • Don’t overwhip the cream—it should be soft and fluffy
  • Use full-fat cream cheese for the best texture
  • Let it sit 5 minutes at room temp before serving for perfect creaminess

If you want, I can give you a 3-ingredient quick Biscoff dessert or a Biscoff cheesecake version 🍰
