Think of this as mashed potatoes upgraded—creamy, cheesy, and baked with all the “loaded” toppings like cheese, butter, and more. Perfect for family dinners or gatherings.


🥔 Ingredients

  • 4–5 large potatoes (peeled, chopped)
  • 3 tbsp butter
  • ½ cup milk (or cream for richer taste)
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • ½ cup sour cream
  • 4–5 slices cooked beef bacon or chicken bacon (chopped)
  • 2–3 green onions (chopped)
  • Salt & black pepper
