Instructions

1. Make the crust

  4. Press mixture evenly into a greased 9×13 inch baking pan
  5. Bake for 15–20 minutes until lightly golden

2. Make the filling

  1. In a bowl, whisk eggs, sugar, and flour until smooth
  2. Add lemon juice and zest → mix well

3. Bake the bars

  1. Pour filling over hot crust
  2. Bake for 20–25 minutes until filling is set but still slightly jiggly in the center
  3. Cool completely in the pan → refrigerate 1–2 hours

4. Serve

  • Dust with powdered sugar
  • Cut into squares or rectangles
