1️⃣ Make the Meat Sauce

- Simmer 20–30 minutes until thickened.
2️⃣ Prepare the Cheese Mixture
- In a bowl, mix ricotta, Parmesan, and egg until smooth.
3️⃣ Assemble the Lasagna
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Spread a thin layer of meat sauce in a 9×13-inch baking dish.
- Layer noodles over the sauce.
- Spread a layer of ricotta mixture, then meat sauce, then shredded mozzarella.
- Repeat layers until all ingredients are used, finishing with meat sauce and a generous layer of mozzarella on top.
4️⃣ Bake
- Cover with foil and bake 25 minutes.
- Remove foil and bake another 20–25 minutes until cheese is golden and bubbly.
- Let rest 10–15 minutes before slicing.
