🍗🦐🦀 Jerk Chicken, Shrimp, and Crab Boil

👨🍳 Cooking Instructions
1. Marinate the chicken
Mix jerk seasoning, soy sauce, lime juice, garlic, thyme, and oil.
Coat the chicken and marinate for at least 1 hour (overnight is best).
2. Cook the jerk chicken
Grill or bake the chicken at 200°C / 400°F for 35–40 minutes until fully cooked and slightly charred.
3. Prepare the boil
In a large pot:
- Add water, seafood boil seasoning, lemon, and garlic.
- Add potatoes and cook about 10 minutes.
- Add corn and cook 5 minutes more.
4. Add seafood
- Add crab and cook 5–7 minutes.
- Add shrimp last and cook 2–3 minutes until pink.
5. Butter finish
Drain the seafood mixture and toss with melted butter and extra seasoning.
