Honey Garlic Chicken

Ingredients (Serves 3–4)

  • ½ cup honey

Instructions

1. Prep Chicken

  • Pat chicken dry and season lightly with salt and pepper.

2. Cook Chicken

Stovetop:

  1. Heat oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.
  2. Cook chicken 4–5 min per side until golden and nearly cooked through. Remove from pan.

Oven (optional):

  • Bake at 400°F (200°C) for 20–25 min until cooked through.

3. Make Sauce

  1. In the same skillet, sauté garlic 30–60 sec until fragrant.
  2. Stir in honey, soy sauce, and vinegar. Simmer 2–3 min.
  3. Optional: mix cornstarch and water, add to sauce, simmer until thickened.

4. Combine

  • Return chicken to pan and coat in sauce. Cook 2–3 min to heat through and glaze the chicken.

5. Serve

  • Serve over rice, noodles, or roasted veggies.
  • Garnish with green onions and sesame seeds.
