Hawaiian Pineapple Coconut Fluff

Ingredients

  • 1 can (20 oz / 565 g) crushed pineapple, drained
  • 1 cup sweetened shredded coconut
  • 1 package (8 oz / 225 g) cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 tub (8 oz / 225 g) whipped topping (Cool Whip or homemade)
  • Optional garnish: maraschino cherries or extra coconut

Instructions

1️⃣ Make Creamy Base

  • In a large bowl, beat cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla until smooth and creamy.

2️⃣ Fold in Ingredients

  • Gently fold in drained pineapple, shredded coconut, and whipped topping until evenly combined.

3️⃣ Chill

  • Transfer to a serving dish or individual cups.
  • Chill at least 1 hour to let flavors meld and texture firm up.

4️⃣ Serve
