Ingredients (Serves 4)

  • 1 lb (450g) ground beef (80/20 for juicier flavor)
  • 1 medium onion, diced
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp salt

  • 1 tbsp olive oil (if needed)

Instructions
