Graham cracker crust 🍰🥧 is a sweet, crumbly crust made from crushed Graham crackers, butter, and sugar. It’s commonly used for desserts like Cheesecake, Key lime pie, and Chocolate cream pie.

Ingredients

  • 1½ cups crushed graham cracker crumbs
  • ⅓ cup melted butter
  • ¼ cup sugar
  • Pinch of salt (optional)

How to Make Graham Cracker Crust

1. Crush the crackers

  • Crush graham crackers into fine crumbs using a food processor or a rolling pin.

2. Mix

  • In a bowl combine:
    • graham cracker crumbs
    • sugar
    • melted butter
    • salt

3. Press into pan

  • Press the mixture firmly into the bottom and sides of a 9-inch pie pan.

4. Bake (optional)

  • Bake at 175°C (350°F) for 8–10 minutes for a firmer crust.
  • Let cool before adding filling.

No-Bake Version

For desserts like No-bake cheesecake:

  • Simply press the crust into the pan and chill for 1 hour instead of baking.
