Garlic Butter Lobster Tails 🦞🧈
Succulent lobster tails bathed in rich garlic butter—elegant, indulgent, and surprisingly easy to make at home.


🧾 Ingredients (serves 2)

  • 2 lobster tails (4–6 oz / 115–170 g each)
  • 4 tbsp unsalted butter, melted
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • ½ tsp paprika
  • Juice of ½ lemon
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley, chopped, for garnish

👩‍🍳 Instructions

1️⃣ Preheat oven

  • Set oven to 425°F (220°C).

2️⃣ Prepare lobster tails

  • Using kitchen scissors, cut down the top shell of each lobster tail (lengthwise) and gently lift the meat, resting it on top of the shell.

3️⃣ Make garlic butter

  • Mix melted butter, minced garlic, lemon juice, paprika, salt, and pepper.

4️⃣ Brush lobster

  • Place lobster tails on a baking sheet and brush generously with garlic butter.

5️⃣ Bake

  • Bake 12–15 minutes, or until lobster meat is opaque and firm.
  • Brush again with garlic butter halfway through baking for extra flavor.

6️⃣ Serve

  • Garnish with fresh parsley and extra lemon wedges.
  • Serve immediately with rice, crusty bread, or a light salad.

⭐ Tips

  • For extra indulgence, add a pinch of cayenne to the garlic butter for a gentle kick.
  • You can also broil for 3–4 minutes at the end for a golden top.
  • Make ahead: Prepare garlic butter in advance to save time.
