Garlic butter beef rotini

Garlic Butter Beef Rotini is a quick, rich pasta dish with tender beef, garlic-butter sauce, and spiral pasta that holds the flavor well. 🍝🧄🥩

Ingredients

  • 250–300 g Rotini pasta
  • 300 g ground beef (or thin beef strips)
  • 3 tbsp Butter
  • 4–5 cloves Garlic, minced
  • 1 small Onion, finely chopped
  • ½ tsp Black Pepper
  • ½–1 tsp Salt (to taste)
  • ½ tsp Paprika (optional)
  • ¼ cup Parmesan Cheese (optional but recommended)
  • 1 tbsp Olive Oil
  • Fresh Parsley for garnish (optional)

Instructions

  1. Cook the pasta
    Boil salted water and cook the rotini until al dente. Drain and set aside.
  2. Cook the beef
    Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat. Add the beef and cook until browned. Season with salt and black pepper.
  3. Add aromatics
    Add chopped onion and cook 2–3 minutes. Stir in minced garlic and cook about 30 seconds until fragrant.
  4. Make the garlic butter sauce
    Add butter and paprika. Let the butter melt and mix with the beef juices to create a rich sauce.
  5. Combine with pasta
    Add the cooked rotini to the pan and toss until well coated.
  6. Finish
    Sprinkle parmesan cheese and garnish with parsley.

  • Spinach
  • Cream (for a creamy version)
  • Chili flakes for heat 🌶️

✅ Tip: Save ¼ cup of pasta water and add it to the pan if the sauce needs loosening.
