Fettuccine Alfredo

Fettuccine Alfredo is a rich, creamy Italian pasta dish made with butter, cream, and Parmesan cheese—simple but incredibly satisfying.


🍝 Classic Fettuccine Alfredo Recipe

Ingredients:

  • 250g fettuccine pasta
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 cloves garlic (minced)
  • Salt and black pepper (to taste)
  • Optional: grilled chicken or mushrooms

  1. Cook pasta:
    Boil fettuccine in salted water until al dente. Reserve ½ cup pasta water, then drain.
  2. Make sauce:
    In a pan, melt butter over medium heat. Add garlic and sauté briefly.
  3. Add cream:
    Pour in heavy cream and simmer for 3–5 minutes until slightly thickened.
  4. Add cheese:
    Stir in Parmesan cheese until smooth and creamy.
  5. Combine:
    Add cooked pasta and toss well. Use reserved pasta water if needed to loosen the sauce.
  6. Season & serve:
    Add salt, pepper, and extra cheese on top.

  • Broccoli or spinach for a veggie version

  • Use fresh Parmesan for best flavor
