🍝 Fettuccine Alfredo

Fettuccine Alfredo is a creamy Italian pasta made with fettuccine noodles tossed in a rich butter, cream, and Parmesan sauce. It’s simple but very indulgent.

🧾 Ingredients:

  • 250g fettuccine pasta
  • 3 tbsp butter
  • 2–3 garlic cloves (minced, optional but recommended)
  • 1 cup heavy cream (or cooking cream)
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • Salt (to taste)
  • Black pepper (to taste)
  • Optional: parsley for garnish

👩‍🍳 Instructions:

1. Cook pasta

  • Boil fettuccine in salted water until al dente
  • Reserve ½ cup pasta water, then drain

2. Make Alfredo sauce

  • Melt butter in a pan over medium heat
  • Add garlic and sauté for 30 seconds (don’t burn it)
  • Pour in cream and simmer gently for 2–3 minutes

3. Add cheese

  • Stir in Parmesan slowly until melted and smooth
  • Season with salt and black pepper

4. Combine

  • Add cooked pasta into the sauce
  • Toss well to coat
  • Add a splash of pasta water if sauce is too thick

🍽️ Serving Ideas:

  • Top with extra Parmesan
  • Garnish with parsley
  • Serve with grilled chicken, shrimp, or garlic bread

🔥 Tips:

  • Use freshly grated Parmesan for the best creamy texture
  • Don’t boil the sauce too hard (it can separate)
  • Toss pasta in the sauce right away so it absorbs flavor

🌶️ Variations:

  • Chicken Alfredo – add grilled chicken strips
  • Shrimp Alfredo – sauté shrimp in butter and garlic
  • Spicy Alfredo – add chili flakes or black pepper
  • Mushroom Alfredo – sauté mushrooms for extra depth

If you want, I can also give you a restaurant-style thick Alfredo sauce, a no-cream version, or a desi fusion spicy Alfredo 😄
