Easy WW Chocolate Mug Cake 🍫

Ingredients
- 2 tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder
- 2 tbsp self-rising flour
(or all-purpose + pinch baking powder + pinch salt) - 2 tbsp granulated or zero-cal sweetener
- 3 tbsp unsweetened almond milk (or skim milk)
- 1 tbsp unsweetened applesauce
- ¼ tsp vanilla (optional)
Directions
- Mix everything in a microwave-safe mug until smooth
- Microwave 60–90 seconds (start with 60)
- Let cool 1 minute, then eat straight from the mug 😌
Optional toppings (keep it WW-friendly)
- Fat-free whipped topping
- Fresh berries
- Sugar-free chocolate syrup
- A sprinkle of powdered sweetener
Even Easier Option (No flour)
Chocolate “pudding” bowl
- ¾ cup fat-free Greek yogurt
