Instructions
1. Make the creamy filling
- Melt butter in a saucepan over medium heat.
- Whisk in flour; cook 1–2 minutes (don’t brown).

- Cook until mixture is very thick and pulls away from the pan.
- Spread into a dish, cover, and chill at least 1 hour (important!).
