Crockpot cheesy bacon chicken π§π₯π
Lazy-day comfort food that somehow tastes like you tried.
The idea:
Juicy chicken slow-cooked in a creamy, cheesy sauce, finished with crispy bacon. Itβs rich, cozy, and basically begs to be served over something.
Easy, no-fail version
Ingredients
- 2β3 lb chicken breasts or thighs
- 1 packet ranch seasoning
- 1 (10.5 oz) can cream of chicken soup
- 1 cup shredded cheddar (or Colby-Jack)
- 6β8 slices bacon, cooked & crumbled
- Black pepper
How
- Put chicken in crockpot. Season lightly with pepper.
- Mix soup + ranch, pour over chicken.
- Cook LOW 6β7 hrs or HIGH 3β4 hrs.
- Shred or leave whole, stir in cheese.
- Top with bacon, cover 10β15 min till melty.
Pro upgrades

- πΆ JalapeΓ±os or a dash of hot sauce
- π§ Half cheddar, half cream cheese = extra luxe
