Instructions
- Add ingredients to crockpot
- Place sausage, marinara sauce, chicken broth, Italian seasoning, and red pepper flakes in the crockpot.
- Stir to combine.
- Cook
- Cover and cook on LOW 4–5 hours or HIGH 2–3 hours, until sausage is cooked through.
- Add tortellini
- Stir in frozen tortellini.
- Cover and cook 15–20 minutes on LOW or HIGH, until tortellini is tender.
- Add cheese & greens
- Stir in mozzarella, Parmesan, and spinach (if using).
- Cover for 5 minutes until cheese melts and greens are wilted.
