Crock Pot Pork Chops πŸ– (Easy Slow-Cooker Recipe)

Tender pork chops cooked slowly in a crock pot turn out juicy and flavorful with almost no effort. Here’s a simple, reliable recipe.

Ingredients

  • 4 bone-in or boneless pork chops
  • 1 packet onion soup mix
  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 tbsp garlic (minced)
  • Β½ tsp black pepper
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • Optional: sliced onions or mushrooms

Instructions

  1. Sear the pork chops (optional but recommended).
Heat olive oil in a pan and brown each pork chop for about 2–3 minutes per side.
  2. Place in crock pot.
Add pork chops to the slow cooker. Sprinkle the onion soup mix over them.
  3. Make the sauce.
    In a bowl mix:

    • cream of mushroom soup
    • chicken broth
    • garlic
    • black pepper
  4. Pour over the pork chops.
Add onions or mushrooms if using.
  5. Slow cook.
    • Low: 6–7 hours
    • High: 3–4 hours
  6. Serve.
Spoon the gravy over the pork chops. Great with:

    • mashed potatoes πŸ₯”

Tips for Best Results

  • Bone-in chops usually stay more tender.
  • If the sauce is thin, mix 1 tbsp cornstarch + 2 tbsp water, stir in, and cook another 15 minutes.
