🍗🥛 Crock Pot Chicken Alfredo
A creamy, comforting pasta dish made easy in the slow cooker — tender chicken in rich Alfredo sauce, ready to serve over pasta.
🛒 Ingredients (Serves 4–6)
- 2–3 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 cups heavy cream or half-and-half
- 1 cup chicken broth
- 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 tsp Italian seasoning
- Salt & pepper, to taste
- 8 oz fettuccine or pasta of choice
- 2 tbsp butter (optional, for extra richness)
- Fresh parsley, chopped, for garnish
🔥 Instructions
1️⃣ Prepare the chicken
- Place chicken breasts in the crock pot.
- Sprinkle with garlic, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
2️⃣ Add liquids
- Pour in heavy cream and chicken broth.
- Stir gently to combine.
3️⃣ Cook
- LOW: 4–5 hours
- HIGH: 2–3 hours
- Chicken should be fully cooked and tender.
4️⃣ Shred chicken
- Remove chicken, shred with two forks, and return to the crock pot.
5️⃣ Add cheese & thicken sauce
- Stir in Parmesan cheese (and butter if using).
- Cook 10–15 more minutes until sauce is creamy and slightly thickened.
6️⃣ Cook pasta separately
- Boil fettuccine or pasta of choice until al dente.
- Drain and add to crock pot, tossing to coat with Alfredo sauce.
7️⃣ Serve
- Garnish with fresh parsley and extra Parmesan if desired.

- Add broccoli, peas, or mushrooms for a veggie boost.
- For a lighter version, use half-and-half or a mixture of milk and cream cheese.
